Two lines to tell a tale

Grandma Ramey visited last weekend. We just hope that she enjoyed her visit as much as Scout enjoyed having her! She is a good puppy (no, really Sandra). It's just that she is such a people dog and gets soooo excited that it makes her pee. Then, of course, there's the terrible twoish (or whatever comparable stage she's in) ridiculousness- yes I see you across the room, look at me squat on the carpet. And watch me pitch you out on your hind end. Have we mentioned that we're going to tear out the carpet after she's house broken? It wasn't in the best shape pre puppy..
Shauna's morning sickness is now an all day thing. What's it called then? She's a trooper though. Just keep bringing her dry toast and you'll stay in her good book.
Harvest is tripping along at a good pace. All the potatoes are stowed away in their respective Potato Hiltons, settling into their long winter nap before they head to the slicer, dicer, shredder, fryer or whatever their fate may be.
Drink more Pepsi and Mt Dew throwback. Support your south Idaho sugar beet farmers. We're pulling them out of the ground now.
Not much else of note.
Keep the sunny side up.

  2. Couple of thoughts:

I s'pose diet Mt. Dew doesn't count toward supporting the South Idaho sugar beet farmers but I do ingest my share of real sugar in other forms.

Bummer on the dry toast diet Shauna but of course gramasan wilson is ecstatic about it - the baby to be - not the all day morning sickness. Hope that part is over and done with soon! Can't wait to see you two at Thanksgiving and of course so happy to see a new post!

  4. So happy for the Wilson family. I ate soda crackers all day long. As long as I did not get hungry I was fine. Felt fine after I passed the 3 month mark. Hope the same happens to you Shauna. It's all worth it.
